What does Ami do while she's unable to go outside? Something, obviously - sitting around lazily wasn't her style. And she had some newly-cleaned radroaches she could dissect. So, practically the minute she saw the droplets start to form on the windows, she set to work, Pops looking at her from her bed with his lifeless plushie eyes.
The question was how well she would work when everyone else was inside...
