Who: L and Aqua [mostly closed]
When: Middle of the week, after the big mutant meet up
Where: A few blocks away from the hostel
What: L catches up with one of the people he's been stalking over the network
It had only been a few days, but L was already doing his best to settle in and stay as far away from places that seemed to be the hot spots for the new 'mutant' invasion. He was more than skeptical of the good graces of their hosts as well, already there was more than enough for him to suspect that there was something deeply sinister going on. So, loath to use the communicator provided, he had decided to find some of the people he had marked as ... not obviously evil.
It was obvious that the idea of secrecy, the need to keep information private, was not something that had sunk in for the new arrivals. As much as he would have loved to watch everyone continue to broadcast themselves over the entire network, and soak in the information. It was imperative that the people who might be best positioned to work towards getting them home kept a lower profile.
So, to that end, he was looking for one person in particular, the girl with blue hair, Aqua. She seemed -- appropriately oriented, unlike some of the others on the network.
He had managed to get a few more clothes, some ratty boots and a tattered jacket, which helped him blend a little better. Hopefully he was not as entirely conspicuous as he'd been when he first arrived in town.
