I used to play strip poker, but I don't anymore.
Didn't get a ride for the appointment today. Hopefully another will show up sooner than November 18th, because I REALLY really wanted to go today and get it all done and over with. Perhaps a date in October will show itself? I'd have the money to cover the fees by then, at least. And enough to give someone gas money. I did feel bad about not even being able to offer, though with promises of a full payback should someone have bitten.
So I sit in contentment again, just letting life play out without much worry. This is the me that is real, and I missed him. He's a nice, cheery and loving bloke.
I'm serious about that strip poker thing, too.
