Entry 017: Random getz as of late
It's been a while since my last update... There's not much that I can remember since then that I can recall about to write about in here. But, I do know that since then I've gotten a lot of lovely presents and great buys that I was pretty excited about!
Here's a lil picspam and show-off of my goodies (at least the ones I managed to take pictures of)~
Sayonara ni Sayonara from Tegomass! I feel like it's been forever since Tegomass no Mahou! It's not my favorite song and PV compared to the rest but it was still nice. It's also just been a habit of mine to always get their LE cds.
Last weekend I went to a shopping outlet with my dad and sister. Most of my money was dropped at the Coach store. I did buy a bag, wallet, and a few other little things but this is one of my favorite for obvious reasons... NEWS.
This is another little Coach thing I bought just cause it was cute and on sale. I don't have the best habit when I wear my contacts so I hope this contacts case will push me to take care of my contacts more.
I got this cute packaged present from akumanakoi for my birthday. I knew immediately that she must have chosen these colors for our TegoShige love <3
Then... this is what I found when I opened the present! I was utterly shocked because I really had no idea at all she had gotten me this! It's the FIFA world cup scarf that Tegoshi would wear during his coverage of the tournament in Soccer earth and the rest of NEWS wore during their performance for the world cup. I had been whining to her and others about how much I wanted it but I think at the time I had gotten really low on money and couldn't afford it. I'm still sfjg;glkljjdfgj;ldfgjls.
Then just yesterday I got paid a visit from jubeichan and got a belated birthday present from her too! It's Disney's DUFFY! She was even awesome enough to give him clothes and added in the Vinylmation (which I love collecting) and a yummy treat. I totally already owe her a lot for both Christmas and her own birthday.
Duffy with his clothes! I want to give him a proper personal name. I have no idea what yet though. ANY SUGGESTIONS?!
After work on Friday, I went to the local AAA branch where I applied, paid, and processed my International Driving Permit! I am allowed to drive in Japan! My abilities to drive here is a whole other story. XD It was a rather nice experience where the employee who helped me also loves Japan and had studied abroad there as well. It was nice~

Some things that I can't really take pictures of or anything that were technically "bought" but I won't see for a while now are my Tenimyu Dream Live 2013 and Kyou Kara Maoh musical tickets with the help of J!
The Dream Live show I got a ticket for is in Kobe on Saturday May 4th which I was surprised was one of the dates whose resale tickets were selling fast for! And the last day of the lives are on May 5th but there are still a ton of tickets being sold for that for some reason. Only after buying the ticket did I check where the venue was and I was surprised to see that it's being held on some random island! But at least public transportation has access to it.
The Kyou Kara Maoh ticket is for Monday May 6th which was bought through regular means at the time of general sale. I started reading the manga again and I'm getting more and more excited to see these characters come to life! I have never heard of this theater venue before but i do know it's in Ginza and it's been forever since I've been back there. I also hope that the goods for this musical are cute! But more than that, as a musical, I'm looking forward to hearing the musical performances!
Upcoming general ticket sales are for Massu's Strange Fruits stageplay and the Kuroshitsuji musical. I'm really crossing my fingers real hard for Strange Fruits because it would fall beautifully in my schedule during my stay in Tokyo. I also really want to Kuromyu just to see it and to see some of my favorite actors on stage again. This on might be tough since I don't know where I'm living and if I'd be able to travel to it but if not, I know Kuromyu is popular enough for someone to want to buy my ticket. Oh well!
This is random but I've been Ebaying some of my stuff to get a few extra bucks toward my move to Japan and um... so yeah...
(click to enlarge it) So, I'm a fan of the tokidoki brand and I was able to get a skateboard from the brand to be custom drawn on and autographed by the creater when I went to New York Comic Con in 2011 I think. It's just been collecting dust so I decided to put it up for auction. For a long time the bids were around $200 or so... but then in the last minutes of the auction... chaos happened!
Today, I was hit with the realization that March is almost over!! In no time it will be April and then when May comes....
