-34- LOCKED FROM SEISHIROU, DIO, ICE, AND LILITH; [TEXT//VOICE]
... There's been a lot of murder and torture going on right under our noses. The same people committing the same offenses over, and over, and over, and the people who are supposed to be helping are doing nothing about it. I've done my best to work on my own to help make things right, but all I've gotten from it is dissatisfaction and disappointment in myself.
Just recently, there were two more assaults on Junpei Iori and another named Subaru, committed by the same. Offenders. Because of the new laws, which I do not entirely agree with, their past crimes will go unpunished. But now they've made another mistake, and they have to be apprehended.
There are those of you who are speaking out like you want to do something, but aren't bothering, like gossips. But there are those of you who are speaking out like you want to do something but don't have the support.
Consider me that support.
I'm asking anyone- with a chip or without- with the ability to fight, scout, research, inform, spy, lead, plan- Anything- to please, stand up for yourselves, as a group, and help fix this situation. As an officer- and more importantly as a citizen who's sick of watching helplessly while people get hurt- I'm urging you. Please join me in actually getting something done, and making things that much better for yourselves, and everyone. For those who might think they can't make a difference and to prove to yourselves that you can.
I'm sorry the police force seems to have let a majority of you down.. But I never stopped working. Maybe I should have tried harder, but we can and will support each other now. Authority is only a label.
