I've had enough. Something has to be done about this already- Why is there idling?
What's being done about the known, active criminals here? Things are getting ridiculous- We need to organize and stop this before it goes any further. It's bad enough that it managed to go on for this long and I can't keep working alone.
Dio and Seishirou are torturing and killing people. Azula has been in hiding for a long time now, but she was on the comm today. She hasn't done anything as of yet, but be aware.
What are we going to do about the other two?

"I don't know much at all about Dio. Apparently his magic is physical... that's all I really know.
Other than illusions, Sakurazuka can use various spells, some of them offensive - some more like wards, dispellments, ways to watch - that sort of thing. Physically, he's a bit stronger, faster, more agile and more durable than the average person. Not super human, but more than he should be. He probably also heals a bit faster, if we assume his abilities are like mine. [...] There's a guy, Sumeragi Subaru. He's the one to ask. He deals in the same magic. Difference is he's on the side of good. If you know anything about onmyoudo - that's what Sakurazuka is."
