... I see. I don't know how long you've been here, but I should inform you that things work very differently here than they do where you're from, and we have rules and laws that need to be followed.

I'm sorry to tell you he isn't the only one to disregard our laws for personal reasons. I wouldn't base a statement like that on someone as loud-mouthed and pig-headed as Prussia. Each of the other countries completely ignored my announcement and warnings when they decided they were going to have a war with each other, which lead to death and kidnapping. Being wrapped up in their own bubbles to the point of denial when they deal with each other seems to be the norm.

If you claim you're different, I really don't have any reason not to believe you, as long as you acknowledge that this isn't earth and that in itself changes the power you usually hold over people and places.
