... There's been another murder. I advise all of you to not travel out alone, or too late at night. It's not safe. It's never safe. There isn't much information at this time, but matter is being investigated thoroughly.
It's not as simple as it looks, it never is. I want Helter Skelter questioned as soon as he returns, Adachi, if you're listening, we need to speak further. Lucca, we'll need your help on forensics. Tir, if you have any memory of what happened, I'll need you to tell me everything that you know. We need to find out exactly what happened and why as soon as possible. I need a couple of officers or those of you working with us down here at the prison for extra security.
Naruse, if possible, I'd like to speak to you about what needs to be done in order to add laws. I know they need to be discussed with others, but they need to be brought to the attention of the lawyers as soon as possible.
{OOC- After this post, (Helter Skelter has been murdered) Minato is, understandably, on the brink here. He might not be all that pleasant towards you, if not just cold as he used to behave. He won't be naming any suspects to anyone outside the lock, or claiming to have detained any for that matter. Sorry for his crankiness, should there be any. XD}
