We're advising you to take more precaution with who you choose to assist. There are one too many instances of those who are completely untrustworthy or with ill intent having their chips removed. I still don't really agree with that but... I don't know- there's really no telling who this could hurt and who will get by. The only way to be sure is to prevent it entirely.

It may be, but I can't tell you what can be done yet if I don't have a plan. And I can't really go out and capture him for no given reason. I also don't know everything that he's capable of.

It is. I know as much as everyone else does, it would be just as dangerous for me to run out there and make some sort of move when I don't know what's happening.
