Residents of Latimir:
Helter Skelter has been removed from the premises. His current whereabouts are not the concern of anyone outside the police force or those involved in his arrest, but let it be known that he is under the guard of officers. As many of you may have heard or witnessed, he murdered one and injured another by way of gunshot, the later injured another looking to assist Tuesday. Last night when the police force arrived to apprehend him, he fought against us and injured officers.
While he'll be in police custody for his crimes, I would like those who reside in Latimir to take a vote here. I opt that Helter Skelter, and his belongings, be removed from the apartment building and not be allowed back after his sentence is up. Those who agree or disagree can say so here. A fair warning to those in the other buildings, you are now aware of his nature and actions and should take caution if accepting him into another apartment building. I say, he needs to fend for himself. There are a lot of empty buildings here..
I can't be certain that without a "landlord" or "manager" that this will work out, but if most of us are in agreement, we can take action to protect our own homes and make sure he doesn't come back here.

That said, I understand that the past couple of days have been.. eventful. But we all have to try to remain calm and stay focused on the situation at hand. To those that have not noticed, the rain outside is no ordinary rain. It is acid rain and it will burn you, and anything left outside, including metals. I advise everyone to stay calm and remain sheltered. Avoid leaks or stepping outside for any reason. Be on the lookout for monsters seeking shelter. Some have been spotted entering, or trying to enter, residential buildings. Keep your doors and windows shut tight and keep an ear out. If anyone needs assistance or to speak to us for any reason, do not hesitate to contact myself or other officers, we will do our best in this situation to help you.
