When did everyone decided to ignore this announcement, where it was pointed out that all of this is already owned?

AS AN ADDED NOTE- NEWCOMERS, IF YOU HEAR CLAIMS MADE BY ANYBODY BEARING THE NAME OF OR CLAIMING TO BE A COUNTRY -AMERICA, PRUSSIA, AUSTRIA, SEALAND OR... WHATEVER OTHER SUPPOSED COUNTRIES MAY BE LURKING HERE- (I'm not positive on this list)THAT THEY OWN ANY PART OF DISCEDO, DISREGARD THEM. THEY ARE FALSE.
I can attest to this as a part of the police force, and having been here longer than any of these... "Country People".
