Summary: Sasuke goes to meet Sasori and get some healin' going on.
This time, it was Sasuke that was a few minutes late. It was for no reason, really, other than his own foolishness as he tried to rid his home of all things that reminded him of Aaron, including the scent in the air. Weakness, weakness, it was all nothing more than that, a little diversion of his Goal, but...the emptiness still lingered since he had told him to keep the blankets. It should have been gone after this ridiculous weekend! It all should have been gone!
So, why wasn't it? He had lost his friend, his first friend in ages, and now...
At least this would get his mind off everything, on some level. Sasori tended to spur his anger enough that most other things went out the window when he was around him, but even today he worried that he might be a bit preoccupied. Even moreso, he worried it would show on his face and become a mockery or a reason for berating.
As he approached the clocktower, he let his eyes search for his teacher; a part of him hoped that his tardiness hadn't provoked Sasori, and another part hoped it had. At least then, he could focus on something other than Aaron and Itachi's sudden return.
