Summary: MakubeX's mental state goes back and forth, Kadaj seeks him out

He had originally intended to attack anyone who came near, but there was enough of his normal self still in control that Makubex couldn't bring himself to harm Yuki when she came near. That didn't stop him from screaming threats and obscenities at her when he was confined, however. His rational side would later regret that, but for now, Mother was angry.
Once he'd calmed himself, Makubex knew he had to escape before one of the companies came for him. He called out for the Fifth. The one meant to protect. But, an hour or so later, no response. No, the Fifth was long gone. Most of them were now, weren't they?
Still, he couldn't just sit and wait for interrogation. That only left one other option. The room was empty, which left him his teeth and nails to work with. He may have succeeded, had Yuki not intervened, restraining him.
Strapped to a chair, he remained silent, thinking. His mind began to clear, the voices becoming softer...
Yuki had allowed him to speak with Kimihiro over the networks as she supervised. And while he agreed with Kimihiro that staying there would have been the wisest thing to do, the voices began again, urging him to escape. Before he could stop himself, Makubex reached out to the one person he knew would help him find a way out.
