Her fingers curled into the fabric of his jacket, and she held him in close to her, not letting him step back and away. "It will change things. I'm not sure how. Everything will shift, and it won't be able to go back. I'm not sure if that's good or not." She rambled, her voice quiet and thoughtful. She didn't like things being unknown, too many things could go wrong and she never had the power in her hands to stop everything from spiraling out of control. But Sylar did have that power, to an extent. And she both feared and respected him for it.

"If you want it, then take it. But if you keep hesitating, I'm going to think you're not going to. And then I'll let my guard down and stop waiting for it. And then if you change your mind and one day take it, then that wouldn't be fair." And to a seventeen year old girl who was spoiled and used to daddy doing everything for her, what was fair was an immediate concern. She still hadn't quite let it sink in that life wasn't fair, especially not her life, since she'd have plenty of time to experience the gruesome and unfair things that lay in waiting for her.

"If you take it, would you actually love me?" And that was another thing she hadn't grown out of, her need and desire to be loved and wanted. She still had so much growing up to do, even though she had elements to her that were far more dark and mature than others her age, but she was now trapped in a situation where she was having to play adult. And having to just grow up overnight hadn't worked for her, and now she was leaving it up to Sylar to take the lead in picking up the pieces to rearrange them and make her able to adapt and understand.
