Naruto had woken up just a few minutes before Sakura had woken up. It was all thanks to his strategy of drinking ten glasses of water the night before. He didn't even need to get changed for he had slept in his regular clothes that night. He was excited for today's meeting, he hadn't seen Kakashi in a long time.

He finished urinating outside and went back inside the house, zipping his pants back up as he walked in on Sakura knocking at his bedroom door.

"Sakura-chan! You're finally awake! Are you ready to go?" he asked with a light smile.

Sakura frowned at the door, pounding a bit harder, getting rather annoyed that the blond had not responded at all. Was he in there, sleeping with his rat, oblivious to the fact that she was pounding away at his door. The veins on her forehead twitched and grew larger, and the girl started to grind her teeth. Her fist moved to become more insistent upon the door, yet it was Naruto's voice that made her jerk, startled ( ... )

After Kakashi had left Lime with Rikku, he worked on getting to the designated meeting place. It wouldn't be all that far, but by now, he was sure to be late... well, at least he had some excuse (or at least he thought so). Maybe he didn't save a cat from a tree or help an old lady cross the street, but he was able to lend Rikku a hand and meet with Lime as promised... and he'd have to go back to bring Lime to the junk yard later. At least he was vague in telling her that he'd be back in a few hours...
