Summary: Shae's a recent arrival to Purgatorium, and for god knows what reason lol it's totally not because she reminds him of Lily and Nill what no wayyyy, Heine sets off to find her and take her somewhere safe.

Shaela hadn't intended for anyone to come and find her, not really. She'd always taken care of herself for the most part, kept to herself, remained off in the forests near her childhood home and then, later in life, with others of her own kind (and of purer blood, but no matter). She knew no magic like they did, nothing that would have really protected her against a hunter or vampire or the like... but when one lived in a quiet forest with nothing but the animals for company and the occasional traveler that knew her as nothing more than a human girl, there was simply no need for defenseOh, but Aslah and Orin had tried to teach her things... she'd simply never had the ability to perform. Unfortunate, that. But looking on the bright side of things, because of her apparent inability to defend herself, she was making a new friend that wanted to come to her rescue. ... Rescue? Was that the right word? Shae was fairly certain she'd only ever been rescued once in her life before. But no matter ( ... )
