Summary: Aerith goes to retrieve itty!Cloud~.
The Gods, Aerith thought, definitely liked to keep people on their toes. There'd barely been time to recover from their Valentine's Day spell, and now there was... well, this. Which seemed to involve people reverting back to child-like states, complete with a loss of memory. She'd seen that Zack had been affected, Kadaj and Genesis as well, but the one that really caught her attention, of course, was Cloud.
Cloud. Who now seemed to have no idea who Aerith was and had been calling after his mother. (Which was just an awkward subject in itself, but Aerith would deal with that when the time came.) He was by himself, and that's what worried the flower girl the most, because she knew well enough (from Cloud telling her, no less) that Purgatorium was a dangerous place. Both with its monsters and its people, which meant that Aerith didn't at all feel comfortable with a tiny Cloud being alone.
At least he was at the church, though. Some place easy to get to, a place that Aerith was all too familiar with. Not far from the flower shop, either, where she had been when she'd read Cloud's post upon the journal, and she wasted no time in making her way over to the building, to find him.
Once there, Aerith walked up the steps and pulled open the heavy doors without hesitation. She slipped inside the church, and glanced around as the doors fell shut behind her. "Cloud...?"
