Summary: Valentine's Day~ Affected Euphie, lawl.
This was... going to be a rather awkward night, Toshiki thought. It wasn't every day that someone informed him that they were in love with him, and... well, he didn't want to automatically brush aside her words as her being affected by the Gods' spell so easily. What if she wasn't affected and meant what she'd said? It would have left him feeling horrible to pat her on the head and say, "It's okay, you don't mean that." Toshiki wasn't the most sensitive of people, but he wasn't a complete idiot.
So, he figured he would find out whether or not she was... normal, when he actually saw her face to face. Surely he knew her well enough by now to tell if she were being unnaturally odd or not. Granted - it was an odd day anyway. The blonde was fairly certain he'd never, ever celebrated a Valentine's Day in his life. And yet there he was, bouquet in hand as he arrived at Euphie's house, tugging absently at the collar of his shirt.
His suit-wearing days were over long ago. They reminded him too much of his time with Lucifer, and he did look rather ridiculous and out of place in them. Instead, he settled for putting on a nice pair of pants instead of his usual faded jeans, as well as a white button-up shirt. No tie, and the top two buttons were undone because it felt far too stifling with it done all the way up. Over all, he thought he looked rather silly, but Kazuki had helped him pick out the clothes and insisted he looked handsome. He supposed it was an opinion he had to trust.
There were a few minutes spent outside the house, staring at the door as though he expected it to open on its own. After a long while of contemplating and debating just what to say or how to act, Toshiki knocked on the door and nudged it open to peek inside.
"Euphie?"
