If there was a worse person in all Purgatorium to run into, it could only be Grantz and Hojo. For the past few days, Wesker had kept something of a low profile, keeping himself out of things and watching what Shin-Ra might be up to.
Leaning against the building, Wesker was once more a study of darkness in his clothing right down to his longcoat. He had to be bribing someone to keep fixing his clothing or to buy new ones. The gods themselves were probably the only ones who knew how or what Wesker did when no one was watching.
His sunglasses were on, shielding his odd eyes from view for the time being. There was no change in his relaxed seeming stance as she exited the alleyway and fully into his line of sight. Whether he had seen what she did or was just commenting on her yell was up to her to decide. For the time being, he merely watched her. New people were always coming in and going, so many Wesker rarely learned names. Still, it passed the time until tonight.

She looked the man up and down, her gaze lingering on him for quite some time. He reminded her of one of the agents of the Company in his mannerisms and choice in clothing. She was probably the only agent who liked to wear some color. It kept her youthful, or something along the lines of that.
Perking an eyebrow, she licked at her lips and gave the man a lopsided grin. "So. Was I all that interesting, so that you felt you needed to watch me, or are you just passing by on your way to someplace else?" Leaning foward, she brought her finger in close to his nose, but then pulled it away at the last second. She had forgotten she didn't have her full ability here. There wasn't any point in giving someone a shock if they wouldn't feel it.

Her finger tapping ceased as she took to slowly walking about the man, looking him over. Sizing him up. She was silent as she did so, except for the occasional hmm or clucking of her tounge up against her teeth ( ... )

Although.
"One shot won't hurt, since you're being so cute." She drawled out, her free hand moving at a rapid speed to pull her gun out of its hiding place. She knew it took exactly two seconds for the gun to be pulled out, and another second and a half for her to get the gun held at ready. When your father made you spend countless hours each day doing gun drills at a Company sponsored shooting range, you got bored enough to keep track of how much time it did to things.
She was a tad bit worried about only having one hand she could actually use, but knew that she was resourceful enough to make it work. If she had to, she could learn to fire a gun with her feet. "Are we aiming to kill here, ( ... )

"That was not ladylike," he said quietly, holding onto her wrist a moment longer. "I can say with quite a bit of authority that you are the second person to manage to hurt me here in Purgatorium, and I think that may have been worse than the first."
It wasn't precisely true. Those threads had torn into his skin all over. His glasses slid down his nose, inhuman eyes watching her intently like a snake a sparrow. Yet this was no helpless bird.
"Be careful. Most around here like to take advantage of pretty girls with big attitudes."
Letting go, he didn't bother to step away. With luck, she wouldn't try to shoot him. It had never occured to him that a young girl like this, alone in Purgatorium, would give a damn what was going on with who. Wesker lived his life on information.

He started to walk away, stopping after a few steps to look back at her.
"There is a rather crude first aid kit as well in the closet, top shelf. It isn't much, but it might help."
Giving the girl a nod, he continued on his way towards the river. So much to do and so little time to do it all in.
