The girl easily left her home, with a note attached to the door as she left, signaling that, she would be out and that Sesshoumaru-sama, if he did come home, would know where she was, and know when she would return. Rin made her way over to Safaiikko, her sapphire blue dragon, who rested at the side of the home, the small opening between it, and the next building, was rather large. The dragonw as obediant and did anything the girl asked him to, and seeing that he probably went through an interesting amount of torture to be this obediant

Kyo was walking near the beach himself, if only because wandering made him more familiar with the area around him and he sure as hell didn't want to get lost again. The cat shifted the bag on his shoulder as he tried to stay a bit away from the coast line, after all he'd heard rumors about monsters and the like living around here, and he didn't want anything to come out of the water when he was unprepared.
He paused at the realization that the beach resembled more of a desert, with the lack of water, but didn't even bother to question that. This place was strange, and that's about all there was to that, as far as he was concerned. At the sound of footsteps nearby, the orange haired boy glanced up to see Rin running along the beach and raised a hand, calling out to her. "Yo, Rin-" Kyo turned, starting towards her instead, and getting close enough to speak even before talking once more. "What are you doing out here?"
His gaze lost in the distance, thinking in the words of a friend, someone willing to be his friend, similar to Honda-san, in that genuine, uninterested kindness. A cold yet fair afternoon, the crisp breeze of the sea, even if now it was withering. His gaze lowered to the ground, the seashells scattered across.
Steps in the distance, Yuki turned back to glance at Rin's tiny silhouette not too far away. He lifted his hand, waving at her, but someone else ..came to sight. ...Kyo?!
The scene froze hearing the wind whistle. Yuki, Kyo, Rin standing in the middle.
Rin spotted one boy, and assumed that he was Yuki-san, since she had not met Yuki-san before, and she had been helping Kyo-san with the biscuits. Sesshoumaru-sama allowed it and she was excited that she was able to help Kyo-san out. Nonetheless, the girl stopped midway, when hearing her name being called not too far off, by a certain orange haired, red eyes male. She turned towards him and grinned showing her delicate white teeth

Kyo waved as Rin returned his greeting, pausing as he saw who she was there to meet. His shoulders tensed slightly at the thought of being in the rat's presence, especially in front of the girl if they were bound to get into a fight. For a moment, he even considered just leaving, at that - but he didn't want Rin to think he'd left because of her.
At the very least he could go over and make a quick greeting before going back to his own business, if he kept it short and sweet he wouldn't hurt Rin's feelings, and there wouldn't be enough time to get into a fight with Yuki- right?
She was waving him over, so the orange haired boy set his shoulders in determination and walked over to where the other two now stood. "Hey..." He addressed Rin only, acting as if Yuki were a complete stranger, or not there at all. "I just wanted to say hi, but I'm not going to stick around for too long."
His eyes widened slightly as Rin cheerfully greeted Kyo and then himself. He perceived Kyo was ignoring him, even if it was something he did often, when done to him...
For a moment, the ghost of a bleak smile crossed his face "Good afternoon Rin-san," Yet his gaze remained cold, staring back at the orange haired cat apathetically. "Already planning to run away?" he taunted icily.
Rin didn't xactly understand what was going on. Her brown hues shifted towards Kyo, who finally came towards her way, but he seemed to be in a hurry or something, perhaps, she should let him go? The child didn't really want to do that, though, she just wanted to maintain the peace at the moment. She smiled gently, as Kyo smiled to her as a greeting, but the next part of his greeting, made her feelt a bit displeasured, but she wouldn't allow herself to hold him back, if Kyo-san had something more important to do, than roam the city with her, and Yuiki-san. She nodded in understanding to the words that he spoke to her

Kyo was about to respond to Rin's words, although red eyes remained unwaivering on Yuki as the rat responded in a cold tone. "You know..." He answered, somewhat tensely before forcing himself to relax and ignore Yuki's gaze and tone of voice. "I'm sure I could spare some time, and stick around. What do you guys have planned?"
It surprised him... somehow it seemed Kyo was acting so as not to sadden Rin? His own gaze lowered and narrowed to his bleak smile "Rin-san knows this city quite well, merely walk along the beach. Nothing certain." He replied shifting his gaze from Kyo to Rin. Probably the young girl had noticed that enigmatic exchange of words between them and the tension of the moment.
"What brings you here, Kyo?" Yuki added, this time he would not pretend he didn't know him.
Rin blinked when Kyo opened his mouth to say something, but did not for a moment, then spoke up to the little girl again. She listened intently, with her wide brown hues awaiting his answer. She could tell, that there was plenty of tension in the air, and it wasn't a good tension either. She felt a bit nervous now, but the girl tried her best to be on good behaviour

Just wanted to apologize for the delay on this, I've been sort of sick this week and still struggling with getting over it.
I promise I'll get to Kyo's response first thing Friday night, when I get online. I'm really sorry for holding the thread up, I just can't seem to write at all.
"Just taking a look at my surroundings." The cat responded, "If I'm going to be stuck here awhile, I might as well get to know the area." He relaxed a bit more at Rin's smile, nodding as she explained where she had intended to take them.
Kyo let her finish what she was saying, even though he'd practically stopped paying attention before her words were done - since something had caught his attention that seemed more important than the invitation to tour the towns. "What... white haired man?"
Yuki's cold stare languidly rested on Kyo, awaiting for his reply. There was not much to be done, they would be living together. Those were Akito's wishes, could never be contradicted. Though, he could not help to feel the same curiosity voiced in Kyo's question. His gaze returned to Rin, now softened so as not to seem unnaturally icy to the young girl.
"If this is a city for sinners... it shouldn't be strange it's plagued with criminals and dangerous people."
Rin awaited their replies patiently, as any child could ever be. She had a great source of patience, and she did not let herself grow impatient over anything. She waited, and smiled, gently, but sweetly. Her eyes were fixed on her two companions, as the tension seemed to be a bit better than a moment ago. She listened to Kyo and let Kyo-san ask his question, and then she waited for Yuki-san to do the same thing, but nonetheless, she started to respond to them slowly, and in a child-like manner. She moved away from the middle and stared off at the empty sea, that was not filled with crystal clear water, as it did a few weeks ago. She didn't understand why it wasn't there anymore, but she would question Sesshoumaru-sama later
