Summary: After experiencing the flashes from Schuldig's point of view, Sephiroth's mind begins slipping.

After choosing a decent but humble shack in the midst of the city, he'd stayed in the city for a short while simply to wander around and familiarize himself with it. There were all sorts of useful shops and eateries; however, because he hadn't obtained a job anywhere, he didn't have any money to spend gathering food and items. Not that this would be a problem for a former SOLDIER elite such as himself, but Sephiroth would rather be prepared than not. Nevertheless, it wasn't as if he didn't have the necessary survival skills, and his stay in the city was fairly short-lived.
Before leaving, he stowed a few items away; now he'd have a bed to sleep on and guaranteed shelter if and when desired or necessary. His belongings were meager, and it was enough for him to simply get by on. By his standards, settling was already some form of luxury in a place like this--it wasn't something completely necessary. But at least it would be useful. While making his way out and passing a particularly miserable and dilapidated area at the outskirts of the city, flashes of visions paused him in his tracks.
It wasn't hard for him to figure out what the visual flashes were. And one very dangerous thought among his memories began to stand out.
You're a good man, Sephiroth. Don't let anyone tell you different. If you can't reach a terminal to get to me, give me a shout in your mind. I'll hear. Meanwhile, I need to get back to tracking down a pack of sociopathic scientists. If they kill me, avenge my death!
If they kill me, avenge my death! Although Schuldig meant it as a joke, it echoed in the depths of Sephiroth's mind. It'd been long since he'd last contacted and met with the telepath, but aside from that something about the open link between their minds seemed unstable.
The perfect chance for Sephiroth's god complex to fight back.
He wanted to determine justice, wanted to bring people to justice... was capable of meting out justice, whatever his justice may be and whether or not it was acceptable.
Mako eyes glowed with determination as he set out to search for Schuldig... and whoever his captors may be.
