Summary: Claire's relaxing on the beach. She builds sand things.

It wasn't warm, by any means, but it was sunny. And that was enough to inspire Claire to strip off her sweater, hat, and gloves; and lay on the cool sand at the beach. After the previous night's events with Peter, she wanted nothing more than to just relax. It had taken all night, and into the morning, but thanks to King finding her before she had died; she was able to eventually heal back to normal. All fingers were intact, and all wounds were healed, except for the ones that now existed inside her. But she was determined to not think about what had happened, as she lay there, looking up at the sky.

Her large dog King was curled up at her side, his head resting upon her stomach. As he lay there, his ears kept twitching and moving this way and that, a sign to Claire that he was listening for any sign of trouble. Or a sign for his next meal, one of the two.

After a little while of just laying there, she grew restless, and decided to do something that she had always loved doing at the beach. Whenever her family would go on a trip to one of the beaches in Texas, Claire had always loved building things in the sand. And so, without a shovel or bucket, she set to work, building various sand objects. Small castles, alligators, Mickey Mouse's head, turtles, and even a sand version of her father. It had taken her a few tries, but she had finally gotten the glasses to look right. It was with great joy that she made a sand Peter and sand Sylar, and proceeded to stomp on sand Peter, and poke out the eyes of sand Sylar. Childish, yes, but effective. She felt better already.

It was with great satisfaction that she returned to lay in the sand, in the center of all of her wonderful creations. King once again curled up at her side, plopping his bulky body down ontop of half of sand Peter. Oops.
