Who: The Hitachiins and the Weasleys.
When: Afternoon, I guess.
Where: The hospital, and then the clock tower.
Rating: PG, for now?
Warnings: A lot of twin cute?
Summary: Hikaru finds Kaoru at the hospital, and the two race over to the clock tower so that they can get to the top and possibly see a way out. Unfortunately, they get caught in one of Fred and George's traps. ♥

Kaoru: Well, this was just about the most depressing place he'd ever seen... as well as the most disgusting. Kaoru crossed his arms, refraining from leaning against the wall of the hospital (tired as he was of standing, he didn't really want to get the only clothes he had dirty--not when he didn't know when he could change out of them anyway). He frowned, hoping that Hikaru would get there soon, that the other hadn't encountered any trouble on his way. Honestly, it bothered him to be separated from his twin, especially in such a creepy place... but Hikaru had said to wait there and Kaoru was going to do his best to remain calm.

Hikaru: A hospital, huh? It shouldn't be too hard to find, all things considered. Hikaru spotted a large white building several blocks down and broke into a run. This place was seriously scaring him. He hadn't seen anyone in what felt like hours but he swore that he could feel something flickering in the shadows. Maybe he was being paranoid without Kaoru, but...

He threw open the door to the hospital and winced at the loud sound it made slamming against the wall. "Kaoru? Hey, you in here?"

Kaoru: Kaoru had actually been outside the hospital, though at the other side. However, his ears had perked when he heard the door slam open, followed by the faint sound of his twin's voice. Instantly, he ran around to the building, scanning the area for his brother. "Hikaru?!"

Hikaru: The reception area was empty, but at the sound of his voice Hikaru could see movement in the hall. Curiosity piqued, he started forwards to peek around the corner--

--when he heard his name being called out from outside. Forgetting all about whoever could be inside, he ran back out the building, relief washing over him in a wave at the sight of his twin. "Kaoru!" And promptly leapt on him in a crushing hug.

Kaoru: And though Kaoru had not really been expecting it (well he had, just not so soon), he returned the hug, tightly. Showing up here had already been disconcerting enough -- being separated from Hikaru just made everything worse. At least now he could relax a little bit, knowing that his twin was alright and at his side again. He shut his eyes, arms wound tightly around the other's neck.

Hikaru: "Man, am I glad to see you," Hikaru muttered into Kaoru's shoulder, one hand absently reaching up to stroke his brother's hair. It had been one bizarre morning, but now that Kaoru was here he felt like he was finally standing on solid ground again.

Kaoru: Kaoru nodded his agreement, chin hooked over the other's shoulder. "This place his creepy as hell," he said, several moments later.

Hikaru: Hikaru laughed softly, before pulling away and looking Kaoru over once at arm's length, as if making absolutely sure his brother was really there. "You haven't seen anyone else around, have you? I hope we'll be able to get out of here soon--we'll be late for school."

Kaoru: "I hope we can get out of here at all," he said. Being late for school was hardly a concern, at this point. "I haven't seen anyone," he continued. "I mean... I heard some voices and stuff from in there... but I'd rather stay out." It was probably one of the few times that Kaoru wasn't keen on exploring a new spot, but frankly... he wasn't about to go wandering into that hospital.

Hikaru: He glanced over his shoulder, back at the hospital. "Yeah...I thought I saw somebody in the hall," if it was another person, they could probably go in and ask for directions, but Kaoru seemed rather unnerved by the place and Hikaru wasn't going to push it. Hikaru shrugged and took Kaoru's hand as he began walking away from the building.

Kaoru: Kaoru was glad that Hikaru didn't want to go running inside the building, and that, they were, in fact, walking away from it. He laced their fingers, following his twin away from the hospital. Looking around the city, he wondered if there was a way out. It was then that he spotted the clock tower. "Maybe if we could get up there we could see a way out," he suggested. It seemed like the tallest building there.

Hikaru: Hikaru brightened at the sight of the tower--it wasn't as regal as Ouran's, but it was similar enough to be familiar. "Sounds like a good idea," he said with a crooked grin, tugging his hand from Kaoru's grip. "Race you there?" and with that challenge he began sprinting down the street, towards the tower.

Kaoru: "Hey!" Kaoru frowned, more so at the fact that his twin had gotten a head start than anything else, and quickly darted after him.

Hikaru: The head start was the only thing keeping Hikaru first, however--they were still twins, after all. Hikaru stuck out his tongue teasingly at Kaoru as he entered the tower, then yelped as he stumbled suddenly over an invisible trip wire that had been strung across the doorway. "Whaa-?!"

Kaoru: However, it was too late for Kaoru to avoid the trap as well. He'd caught up with Hikaru, and was now helpless -- all he could do was let out a yelp as the net swept them off their feet and hoisted them several feet into the air.

Hikaru: It took a moment for everything to fully sink in, and Hikaru groaned. Well, wasn't this a familiar situation. Only instead of being pressed up against Haruhi's flat chest, he was sprawled over Kaoru in an even more compromising position. For the moment, though, he didn't notice and just shook his twin's shoulder. "You okay?"

Kaoru: "Nhn," he said, shifting under Hikaru to look up at his twin, remaining oblivious to the fact the other was now sitting with one leg on either side of him. Though, their current situation led him to believe that this was all just one big prank--had someone really gotten the better of them? Then again, was there anyone they had annoyed this much? "Ne, Hikaru, we haven't pissed anyone off real bad lately, have we?'"

Hikaru: Tamaki came to mind--then again, the lord was always angry at them for one reason or another, but he'd never pranked them back in retaliation. "I don't think so," Hikaru said. Kyoya, probably? But this wasn't his style...

"I don't suppose you have a sewing kit handy," he asked halfheartedly.

Kaoru: Kaoru had thought of Tamaki and Kyoya, though the former wasn't smart enough for something like this, and the latter wouldn't have bothered. "No," he said, to the other's question.
