Nephry indeed looked lovely, swathed in the heavy, rich fabrics of her 'costume'. Blues and golds made up the bulk of the color, setting off the red tones of her eyes. She adjusted the gold circlet about her forehead with a bit of a sheepish grin towards Peony - this was far more decadent than she was at all used to.

Still, she knew how to carry herself elegantly, and as Peony offered his arm, she took it graciously. "Of course."

Leading her through the doors and into the large room, he half expected to hear them announced as they would have been in Malkuth. Alas, it did not happen and he doubted anyone noticed their entrance.

"Dancing, food or drinking?" he asked, looking around the party to see if any of the others from Auldrant had shown up.

She felt almost...a little nervous, really, but it wasn't a bad thing. Merely that she wasn't used to such very social events, much less dressed so luxuriously. (It was also a relief to be clean after so long; she'd taken advantage of the clean water on the premises before changing into her costume.)

Hearing Peony's question, she pondered for a moment. Hm, dancing was...not her strong point, to put it gently. Not that Peony knew that, of course, ha. Drinking right off the bat wasn't likely the best idea, though perhaps a glass of wine later would be nice. The food...did look tempting. But then again, anything besides the fish they'd been living on would.

"Whatever you'd like," she answered amiably, having not really been able to make a decision, and she laughed a little.

"Leaving the decisions to me?" he teased. "That could be dangerous."

Leading her towards the buffet of food, he smiled nervously as his stomach growled--audibly. The fish and other foul-tasting fare they'd been surviving on bothered him, too. "Looks delicious. I just hope there isn't any rappig meat."
