Summary: Miroku escorts Rei to the ball, dressed unknowingly like someone she already knows ^_^
Miroku led Rei to the mansion, linking his arm with hers. He was amazed at how beautiful she looked in her dress even though he already found her stunning enough no matter what she was wearing. But when women dressed up, it really helped emphasize their loveliness and Miroku could very easily appreciate that. Not wanting to ruin things so early in the evening, he managed to muster some self-control and refrained from stroking Rei's rear end.
He was unfamiliar with the clothing he was wearing. It appeared to be a fancy black suit that men in the future era wore for special occasions. Rei had to even help him put it on since he had no clue as to where things went, which he enjoyed very much. The hat was quite strange and Miroku had wondered if it would actually stay on his head. Fortunately, it did. And the mask. He didn't see why men wore them. Why would you want to hide your face from beautiful young women? Were men in the future that ugly?
In addition, his costume came with a single red rose. When they finally approached the mansion, Miroku turned to Rei to hand it to her.
"A beautiful flower for a beautiful woman. It is my pleasure to have both tonight." He smiled at her through his mask.
