Summary: Light challenges the Gods, and Medea answers.
How dare they question him! The world he knew supported Kira. No, they LIVED only because of Kira! God was not there, he took God's place. He was God. Didn't they see that? Foolish people. He would make them see. He would weed out the disbelievers and once again gain his following. His religion.
His world.
Light ran out of the shack he had occupied, spinning on the broken street. The world seemed to spin around him, the shades of grey swirling into something else entirely, but he had grown used to it. The building seemed to grow with each breath he took, and he could feel the disbelief floating around the city like a disease, slowly spreading to each innocent heart and turning it against him. These False Gods did not help. They had to be dealt with.
"PROVE YOURSELF!" he shouted up to the heaven's, hearing a voice in the back of his mind scream in unison. How pathetic. They all were.
All of them.
