I am still in contact with HR. They asked me for a direct supervisor reference. I asked if there was anyway we could get around that by me giving them 2 references of people in supervisory roles as well as my old supervisor.

So, I guess that means they are checking my references today. UGGGGGRRRH I wish they would just tell me today!
