September Photo Dump
I'm slowly but steadily working through my backlog of photos. 50-ish from September alone!

Jake looking awesome as Best Man
Post-ceremony, pre-reception, the boys hang out with grandparents
The boys got restless, so we made them run races down the hallways
They got to have Shirley Temples as a special treat

Dramatic home improvements, 15 September
Jake estimates that we took down at least 10 trees this day at the back corner of our house. They were a little too close for comfort in case of falling and some had roots that were infiltrating our foundation, which would have been very bad news.

On the actual wedding day, the girls spent hours getting primped while David... took a nap
Jake had the boys all day so that I could to my Matron of Honor things... and he got the boys looking pretty spiffy!
Leo loved his spiky hair
Then, you've all seen this picture of our family.
Last weekend in September, painting the fire truck present for Ben
Leo was SUPER EXCITED to be painting
Jake helped me set up our free secretary and I filled it with all our "desk" stuff
Then I found "King" Ben perched in his throne with his cupcake crown
Last fire of the summer
Boys were great help at pulling pieces from the wood pile
This also shows pretty well the aftermath of taking down the trees
We moved most of the log pieces into a corner part of our property to dry out and we'll use it next year or later. The logs shown here were still a little too big for me to move, and eventually were picked up by a local guy who uses wood for heat.
