I'm not sure how scatterbrained I'm going to become over the next couple weeks, so I did a
DiTL this Saturday. One of the upcoming DiTL days is one of my two due dates (LMP and ultrasound EDDs are different), so I might attempt one that day also.
Today is my little brother's 21st birthday! I remember when he was born and visiting Mom and David in the hospital. Now he's all grown up and living on his own at college. *sniff* We called him last night to wish him 'Happy derrf-day, Uhn-cah Day-Bid!!"
Today is also the beginning of the time when I attempt to dodge relative's birthdays for this baby. While I don't particularly mind if the baby shares a birthday with a relative (I have a 2nd cousin with whom I share a birthday), I'd prefer if they had their own day of special-ness. Apparently, late March and early April is the time to have babies in our families though because it is almost every other day that there is a birthday.
Here's some examples:
15 March: my brother David
22 March: my cousin Justin
24 March: Jake's niece Morgan
25 March: Jake's twin uncles Lanny and Danny
2 April: my Aunt Deb
6 April: Jake's niece Alexis
7 April: my cousin's son Connor
16 April: my cousin Erin
22 April: my SIL Kathleen
While Little Bee and I are going to be working according to his/her timetable, I'm hoping to make it somewhere between these numerous dates. Jake wants a Vernal Equinox baby (mostly because he teaches a song about it to his elementary classes) and I'm thinking April Fools' Day would be hilarious. Jake is convinced I'm going to go early with this one (I was 40 3 with Ben) and I'm convinced I'll be even later this time around. :-D Jake thinks the baby is a boy and many MANY other people think it's a girl. Someone is bound to be correct on all of these issues, it will be exciting to see who it is!
