Broken Ipod

So does the Apple Store repair Ipod's too?
I tried turning mine on and it won't...
Where can I get it checked out?

A couple months ago...
It won't turn on and some file image shows up
So it looks like it just died
Or maybe everything got deleted?

is the battery charged?
try holding the menu and select buttons at the same time for 6-10 seconds.

Yeah, I charged them...I have speakers that charge at the same time and it still doesn't work.

Has this ever happened to your Ipod?
You get that weird file pic on your screen?

I'll try holding those buttons when I get home...
But does the Apple Store at Sherway fix things like that?

no, but there are times when i haven't been able to turn it on and i hold the buttons and it resets.
but i think it happens when you don't use it for an extended period of time.

i think they might...or they'll send it out to get fixed for you.

i've done it to my ipod a few times and didn't lose anything...but i did it to my brother's once and his got totally reset. i think it's because he rarely uses his whereas i use mine fairly frequently.

See, I don't know..
When mine broke, I was in the middle of using it..
So I'm not sure why it died on me...

So I'm gonna try to take it to the Apple Store to see what they say...
