My thoughts are heavy,
the stage remains empty.
Less alone when I'm distracted,
Set my imagination to auto-pilot.

I'm merely one spectator
blended within the crowd.
Barely present in this realm,
but I still show my support.

Observant and Absorbent
of an Atmospheric Experience.
I hardly see myself a performer-
Strictly a Visitor of the premises.

These nights seem never ending,
with long line ups and guest lists.
We have to draw the line when
this hobby intersects Business.

Career is something you care for.
But which one makes cash flow?
Balancing lifestyle and profession,
Knowing the titles and distinctions.

Passionate about artwork, yet
Unwilling to commit Full-Time.
Aware rewards come with effort,
struggling which side to abide by.
