Today
I am only one half day away from being done with my internship!!!! And my boss is gone so I get to use her computer the WHOLE DAY!!! OMGZ!!! I have loved the internship, but these past 2 weeks have sucked, I've just felt like I'm being babysat the whole time. I was going to go out tonight for one last time with Victoria, but it was a complete downpour when we left work, so we decided to just go home. It's fine. That means I can spend money on clothes tomorrow with what I had allotted for the bars!
Packing is still going well. I'm almost completely done. I'm shocked at how much I've gotten done. I set up all the stuff I need to get shipped so far, and I am so proud at how fast I've pulled it all together! I'm such a big girl! I can't wait to just get home and chill for a little bit, it'll be so nice. Sleeping in, in my huge queen-size pillow top bed, playing with my dogs, all out relaxing, and of course tagging around with Mom on all of her excursions. My brother that's still in high school starts school the week I get back, which is crazy. I'm so happy to be growing up. I absolutely love being an adult. It's something I never thought I would love, but I do. Maybe it's because my parents were so oppressive back in the day that I just love going out and smoking and drinking all night and going to bed at 5am with a cute guy. Did I say that?...
But there is a huge difference between being a college student and a real world adult, and I haven't quite crossed that bridge yet. But hey, Panera wants to interview me! I'm gonna make it far guys! I can operate a cash register and be nice to people, if I can get paid for it, that's even better. Besides, I put the most ideal hours ever for the job, so I can't imagine they wouldn't want me.
