Drew is not the most social creature. She puts almost all of her energy into Quidditch. So she feels a little awkward. Which is why she found a comfortable chair and stole a bowl of crisps. She's on her second drink and hopes that if she can get ebough alcohol in her system she might activate some social side she's unaware of at the moment.

"You ok?" Blue asked her. She looked...sad? Or lonely. Or something.

"I'm fine," she snaps at him. She wrinkles her nose, "did you get dressed in the dark? Your buttons are fucked up."

Damn, he forgot to fix them. "Yeah, I know."

She laughs at him, "You're adorable when you blush, you know?"

Did she just call him adorable? That shocks him and he doesn't know how to respond so he doesn't.

"Do you want to dance?" she asked.

"With you?"

"Yeah?"

"Share your crisps with me," draping herself into the chair next to Drew's, Catalina sipped at a water, "You look miserable."

She hands her the bowl, "There...is a lot happening. I don't know what to do." She hates admitting that.

"Emotional or sensory?"

"Both?"

"Unfortunate," she eats some crisps and considers, "Do you play poker? Or any of the billiards-type games, although I have to warn you there's a Slytherin in there and he's been nigh undefeated all night. Regardless, there are places that are quieter and less frantic, but still provide activities. You could try to pick up a band member, or one of the other guests that I understand are local--not much interested in conversation but you hardly have to talk. Anyway, the more you engage with the party the less time you'll have to ruminate on whatever your feelings are."

"I play pool pretty well," she said. "I could go and do that, I guess. Point me in the right direction?"
