oh damn...All of my closer friends aren't staying down for the summer. hm...I don't think I can help...but they're very fast at signing leases etc. when jeff needed a place...we spent the day looking and then signed a lease the next day. There are also many many sublets for the summer opportunities. CPM (college property management)is not the best company but they will definitely find you something that isn't bad. I used Roland Realty. They have a lot of old dumpy buildings but they are really really a good company. hm...I hear Bankier apartments is also a good company.
