So the band show wasn't a waste of three dollars... we only got there for the second half of it, so I kind of wonder what we missed, but probably one-and-a-half hours of rock were sufficient. The music wasn't bad. Mista Freeze was sweet, and so was the surprise appearence of Caleb, but the big problem with most highschool rock bands is that no matter how good the instrumentals are--and they were good--if the lyrics are bad and the singing is bad, it's still going to sound bad. I guess it's just awfully rare to find a highschool boy who can sing.
Of course, most of the time I wasn't paying any attention to the music anyway. I was pretty much freaking out because Lenin was most definitely on some sort of drugs and he kept wandering around the room, and wrapping himself around all the girls who would let him; mostly Eleni. It was really weird.
I also got glow stick juice all over myself and I think it stained my shirt. Bummer!
