yeah, you were a bitch about it in high school. it was fine to stay in shape by skiing and biking, but when you get real jobs and school you can't really do that every day.
I don't remember if this is true or not, but I'll take credit for teaching you and Ryan the ways of the gym. Just like how I taught everyone how to ride the T-bar and how to ski.
Do t-bars the old school way. Place a barbell in a corner and put your plates on it then use the cable row handle to pull it up. People will think you're old school.
Bill, I didn't think you guys worked your legs. Everytime you were in the weight room it was always back/bi's or chest/shoulders/tri's. What kind of workout routine are you following these days?
GH(Growth Hormone), it's released while doing types of Squats and Deadlifts. It's released while doing all kinds of weight training but most during those two specific exercises.
2 hours a day!? That's insanity. I'm in for one. But then again I only workout each bodypart once a week. Good for lazy people.
Growth hormones released doing lots of things. I imagine the largest amount is released during legs because those are the largest muscle and have the most lactic acid and other things that are all intertwined.
But regardless, I use my legs all throughout the day, and working them sucks. It's fine to be sore upper body because you're not constantly using all of it all the time, but legs you use pretty much the whole day. Aside that I don't use leg strength as often, and pants cover up pretty much any awesome muscle mass you might acquire through leg press and extensions.

But right now I don't lift for legs. I run. I jump rope. I walk up and down stairs.
I really want to start doing legs, but fitting it into my schedule will be a bitch. I'm already at the gym for about 2 hours a day.
