Hi,
Please select the collection mode below:
1) Normal Mail : Postage + Handling Charge $0.50 ($1 if the item(s) are huge)
2) Registered Mail (To be mailed during weekends) : Postage + $2.24 + Handling Charge $0.50 ($1 if the item(s) are huge)
3) Meetup : At AMK MRT Station on 20/10/2008 (Monday) 7.15PM (Waiting Area will be at the right side of the gantry near the Ezlink Top Up Machines)
Post the collection mode you want in the following format:
LJ Nick / Name :
Collection Mode :
Mailing Address : (For normal / registered mail)
HP No : (For Meetup)
I will indicate your LJ Nick / Name on the package for mail. Please indicate if you prefer not to put your LJ nick on your package..
