i have been thinking about many thing why i have been acting diffrent ways to diffrent people and i just wanna say that i am sorry for every thing i have done to make you think thing in the last week i have alot on my mind.

i am suffering, suffering from heartbreak it hit me real hard a few days ago and i don't know how to deal with it, i can't smoke,can't do drugs(not that i would),can't cut myself. i don't know what to do.
