Lust

How are things going at home? Some idiot decided to let loose several 40 foot snakes on the campus, and one of them killed some kid named Sousuke Aizen. I felt so useless while this went on. It was awful.I'm debating how to write home about it. I fear that Father could pull me out of Hogwarts--because what if I had gotten injured, or died? ( Read more... )

Lust,

I apologize for not writing sooner. Things have been busy, and I suppose I have always been fairly lazy when it comes to personal corrispondence. I'm not sure who the culprit is, but I've no doubt they'll be duly caught. Can you imagine the outrage if he was allowed to stay free?

Because there were other students my age trying to fight against the monsters and I just sat and babysat the first years. I know that that was the smart thing to do--getting myself killed wouldn't have done anyone any good--but it still seems like cowardice

You are of course correct that my parents will find out one way or another. Perhaps when I finish this note I'll try writing to them.

Classes are as they have always been. Sometimes dull, sometimes interesting and way too many essays to believe the professors actually read them all. Gluttony is doing fine. He misses you quite a bit and is rather fond of yowling at me until I pay him enough attention. I am decent, I suppose. Teasing Tezuka is always amusing, although amazingly enough his team managed to win the game against Hufflepuff, and Yazoo and Melur are always nice company. I guess this snake thing has me more shaken than I thought. We're supposed to be safe here, but obviously we aren't. It's rather annoying, really.

I don't know how many people are strong enough to kill their own father...if you do try, be careful would you? I don't want to have to see you get Kissed.
