Hello.

Ah-- you have something for me?

-? Hello.

...Oh, yes, I have a book. Or, had a book. I'm not quite sure if I should give it to you with your guardian so defensive at this time. I don't intend to cause trouble.

I understand.

What can it do? Or-- what does it hold?

It supposedly holds a lot of information. It's a spell book first and foremost, but amongst the notes should be something that would help you all get home.

The problem is, it's currently not able to be opened.

And you want me to hold onto it?

Well, yes, but Gamma seems to disapprove and I don't... want to upset him further.

It won't harm you, though. I wouldn't do that to you. The artifacts protect their holders from anyone with ill intent towards them if it's a result of them possessing the artifact. ...And most ill intent in general if you carry it on you at all times.

The last person who held onto it was very important to me. I wouldn't have given it to her if I felt it would have put her in more danger.

I don't see any harm in it, or in you. Though Gamma is only doing what he must.

I'm... Assuming she went home?

Either way-- I'll accept it. I'll also speak with Gamma.

I can't blame a guardian for acting as they see fit.

...She did.

I'll hold onto it until you speak with him, then.

Very much.
