update on lunch!

1/2 cup Whole Foods 100% Organic Whole Wheat Pasta
1/2 cup Donatelli's Pasta Sauce
1 No meat, no soy chicken cutlet
1/8 cup park skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 tangerine
1 cup diet coke with lots of ice
1 cup water with lots of ice

PROTEIN : 20
SNACK :
1 cup Kellogg's Corn Flakes with a packet of splenda
1/2 cup Fat Free Milk
TOTAL CALORIES : 140
FAT : 0
CARBS : 30
PROTEIN : 6
NOTES : LOOOVED lunch so much. I have a weakness for Italian food, so anything drizzled with tomato sauce and cheese I will devour. I picked up this 100% whole wheat pasta the other day when me and my grandmother went down to whole foods. Its organic and full of fiber! I wouldn't except nothing less of them since they cater to vegans and vegetarians, and believe organic and local is BETTER. Which is is. the sauce I spiced up with a little red chili peppers and garlic salt. The chicken cutlet was thick, but still good! Tasted like the real thing and I couldn't even tell he difference. I put it on the grill to get grill marks and it came out so juicy (for something fake). I was totally going to put on 1/4 a cup of cheese but knew it was too much. Before I probley would have dumped the whole bag! I adore cheese! But when I don't have 2% milk, I don't pile it on. I placed 6 tangerine slices around the plate. It look professionally done! I mean people think its no room on a plate for fruits. That.s true. Only because its filled with other things! Lots of ice in my drinks! I read somewhere that the colder your drinks the more your body has to work to heat it up and bring it to body temperature! I drink all my drinks through a straw. You drink faster and not tend to notice how much your drunk! Which is a great thing is your drinking water!
