And so my final year at Hogwarts has begun... hurray. Of course I will be kept busy almost constantly- what with taking six N.E.W.T level classes, along with these new responsibilities as Head Boy. Surprise Surprise that Granger made Head Girl. Who didn't see that one coming? What did take me by surprise was that the Headmaster bothered to look past his very own pet Potter house while searching for a Head Boy. Congratulations on the big step professor.
I've been moved into my new room. Much better.
Its rather different to sleep on ones own after so many years of being lulled to sleep by the soft sounds of Crabbe snoring like a hippogryph with a head cold. And of course there is the slight perk of not having to worry about getting murdered in my sleep.
I've not the slightest doubt that several people, particularly in my own house, are not happy with me at the moment. It's good to be sleeping alone. I do wonder how many people have the password to the Head Students dorms. Us and the professors I suppose? Or only the headmaster? Who knows. All the same, I may still put wards up around my room.
Not that I'm nervous.
Bloody terrified is what I am.
