My idea, although admittedly I am not confident in it, is this rather nice vial of a very strong aphrodisiac poured in the punch. I see that the Mudblood's companion has been less than secretive about pouring alcohol in said punch.
If somehow the vial were to be ingested, as well, she would get the blame.
The next step: separate Cousin Sirius from his little toy after a bit. I realise you loath them both, but I can waylay Cousin while you keep the toy busy.
It is just an idea. I am welcome to additions or a different one. I am not foolish enough to believe strategy is my strong talent. I usually leave that to others.
