When writing an email to my friend Jonah, please call him by his name, not the name he was incorrectly given at birth.
Please bare in mind that the sun does not shine out of his father's ass and that parents hurt their children with the things they say and do. Jonah's father has said a lot to hurt him over the years, and these are things that cannot be glossed over. I should know, I went through similar things with my father.
As for Jonah respecting his elders, I am older than Jonah and he has never shown me any disrespect. The fact that you appear to believe it's okay to treat people who are younger than you like shit shows that you do not actually understand him at all.
Furthermore, if you respect Jonah's lifestyle as you call it, you would call him by his chosen name and would not call him by his birth name. I'd also like to clarify something for you. Jonah doesn't have a choice over who he is, it is the way he was born. Just like you were born a female, he was born male. It is not his fault he is trapped in

Well, I can say from personal experience that nothing can make one have a good shakeup over reality than a note like this, which is similar to what I've gotten from my stepmother. Yes, my dad and stepmother have done some weird shit to me, but the more I thought about it, I certainly did my share, and having to read it, see it and process it made me think about it more. Maybe there are some behaviors you need to work on;I'm not there seeing both sides, so I don't know. Perhaps there are things you could do on your end to make things better.Ask what you could do. Ask for a conversation. Reach out. It is so hard to do, because you totally have to swallow your pride to do it, but in the end it can make things better. And if they reject your attempts to work things out, still take the high road and be a better person than the one writing this note.
I know, it's probably not what you wanted to hear, but having been there, I can say it did help me.
see I'm not ready for that. Not even close. I know that I have done my part of hurting, I won't deny it, but neither dad nor his little lovebunny have ever apologized for anything they've done to me or my sibs, so I'm just not ready to take the high road. At this point, i've said screw 'em. I don't wanna talk to them again.
