Tadaima! (Err, I know it’s literally I’m home - pardon my Japanese)
It took more than a week (I think? Nah, I’m just too lazy to check my calendar) since I last updated. I was busy job hunting and being indecisive about quitting my current one. I mean, nobody is asking me to leave. Excuse my bragging, but they are even convincing me to stay! Kidding aside, I have no existing issue with the company - eherm, I work for an international company and it’s a HUGE one. As I was saying, I had none, but I had some. I am a good employee for the record, but like everyone else - there’s just some things that I can tolerate. That and of course, the cliche of seeking a bigger opportunity (it wouldn’t hurt if it also pays better) bugs me to get out. The idea of new atmosphere, new colleagues and probably new job description excites me, therefore, I took it upon myself to use my days off to apply for another job. Believe me, there are a lot of things in between my statements, but I could only reveal as much.
And I am being a blabbermouth, forget about my personal life just for a moment.
Like what I said, here’s the new update for Rurouni Kenshin live action starring Sato Takeru, look up and you’ll know.
I really couldn’t say much. I was a fan of Rorouni Kenshin’s anime. (I might have mentioned it before.) I’ve seen, and loved, Sato’s work. It’s pretty normal to expect something explosive to come off from this. Heck, a couple of months ago, I was wondering how the hell would he look jagged and filthy (c’mon Kenshin was homeless before Kaoru took him in, the reputation didn’t feed him I s’pose)! And now this. I must say he looks eatable. I just feel slight annoyance towards Takei Emi, I never did hate her nor liked her (but come to think of it, I felt the same towards Kamiya Kaoru) so I’ll just rest my case, they somehow emit the same vibe afterall. I’d forget thinking somebody would be doing it better.
On a happier note, congratulations to 2NE1 and BIGBANG for winning in 2011′s MAMA! 2NE1 bagged “Song of the Year” for I am the Best and “Best Vocal Performance Group” for Lonely and theirBIGBANG oppas won “Best Music Video” for Love Song. Too bad BIGBANG didn’t perform. I love, love Dara’s hair, it’s weirdly suited to her, making her stand out (pun intended)! If you’re looking for videos of the performances, you can find some here.
I didn’t know who else won ’cause I don’t care. I am not a hater, I simply don’t want to thread anywhere near artists I don’t appreciate. Let’s avoid commenting negative on their fandom. Truce? But since I’d like you to be informed, here’s the link.
Also, I found the officially released HD pictures of the 2011 YG Family Concert! I won’t post a DL link as it isn’t really mine. Just ask the permission of the author to copy it (or feel free to just do so, it’s not locked anyways).
I’d probably get back on my SB article tomorrow. I feel that I needed to edit it.. I’ll also update on AKIRA tomorrow. I am not very sure when can I update my fics but it’s my last priority.
