So... very... tired...

As many people heard me whine at Dickens Fair rehearsal this weekend, I put in a 15-hour day last Friday. And not a sitting-at-a-desk-coding day, either--lifting and pushing 20-to-450-pound barrels was involved.

As a result, I couldn't sleep Friday night (I got home around 11:15 PM, and got to sleep around 4:00 AM). We had workshops and rehearsal Saturday, and I'd foolishly scheduled the last AD&D 1.5 game of the year for Saturday night in the South Bay, so I was on the go from about 9:00 AM until 2:00 AM Sunday. I'm sure the game (which I run) was VERY COHERENT. I think the player-characters were attacked by pillow monsters with +2 Blankets of Nappytime.

Sunday we had dress rehearsal. I slept for about an hour all told during the rehearsal, being too tired to dance or get about much. My apologies for my slothfulness to those who needed my help. I DID manage, with A.dT./Mrs. Morrison's help, to belt the tenor part of the Hallelujah Chorus before shambling off to home and bed (with about an hour of being stuck in traffic on the way home to struggle through first, and a stop to pick up the World's Ugliest Dog™ from kennel).

Many thanks to pixiecrack for keeping me awake so we didn't die on the several drives and for just being the World's Best Fiancée™.
