Phew! Back Home
Back from my Vietnam trip... There is a lot to tell, some of it nice, some of it not so, and I also need to upload a whole bunch of pictures.... So... at some point there will be a whole, and longer, post to update about that. But in a nutshell...
The concert was...disappointing
the city was... bustling and terrifying (trying to cross the roads, OMG!)
the tour was insightful of not just a little depressing/disturbing (it's a little sad that what defines this country is the war)
The hotel was lovely, and I had the best cupcake of my life in that cafe
The flight back was painful, in that I lost hearing in my right ear and oh god the pain! (but it's getting better now, thank goodness)
Meanwhile, I am busy working on more Klaine fic. The bunnies seem to be loving this pairing right now, and the fact that I finished 19 pages of fic while in Vietnam makes me want to feel optimistic that I'm back into my writing groove again.
