Mystery rash on Sams back. Look familiar to anyone? Any ideas? It's flat, not raised.
He had a very high fever Friday & Saturday, but not for the past two days. Acting sorta clingy, poor appetite, waking up a little at night. No meds (except for the fever.).
What do you think?
