kept from suffering by a father who wanted you to stay away from philisophy
we can follow his teaching
he saw the sick, old, dying, and crying
and realized our attachment to material things were what brought us down
he realized that we are transient beings, just passing through
he preached a path of moderation
we keep going through the cycle of being human b/c only humans know they are suffering
we are the only ones who know we are suffering
where is nirvana
karma is our only salvation

i just thought this stuff that I learned in india class was so beautiful.
so I'm kinda stressed from the work I have to do but I have 7 days left of classes and then I pack up and go home on the 15th.
on a random note who from e-town or i guess other places remembers the peanut butter-jelly song???? so good I love it!
