Jess hadn't looked at the mailbox yesterday aside from actually going out for the mail, which was probably a mistake. It wasn't till today, when she was on her way back home after class, when she saw that the cat mailbox now had fangs. Fangs.

So Jess stalked inside, reemerged with paint and a brush, and painted a bow on the kitty's head, making it adorable. ...An adorable vampire kitty, but what're you gonna do. And now she was busy painting "Doomhaus" on the side of the mailbox in cursive, and she was so damn sorry there wasn't a letter she could dot with a heart to make a point.
